Let's give a new mattress 30 - 60 days trial to allow the body to adjust to how you are supposed to be aligned. If however, you can't find a descent comfort zone with our products, we will arrange a suitable replacement or refund.
Warranty: Manufacturers warranty against defects in workmanship will be covered for 10 years. The excludes normal wear and tear, stains, rips, and any deformities that could be the result of abuse or misuse.
Returns: Mattresses are much too big to return for cost of shipping, but that doesn't mean the local charity can't benefit. We will arrange a suitable donation with your assistance and a refund is available when all efforts to please the customer are passed.
